About the Board of Directors

A seven-member Board of Directors, elected by the Members, governs the Ames Lake Water Association.  There are four Officers of the Corporation including President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer as well as three independent Directors.  Any ALWA Member in good standing can vote for and/or become a candidate for the Board.

Notice: The February 2012 Board of Directors meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 02/21/2012.  Beginning March 2012 and thereafter, Board meetings will occur on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM.  The Board meets at the Association's business office which is located next door to Mercury's Coffee on Highway 202 in downtown Fall City.
