We currently serve over 1,100 Members within our service area. Management and Operations A seven-member Board of Directors, elected by the Members, governs the Association. ALWA employs a Water Operator certified by the Washington Department of Health who maintains the water system and oversees day-to-day operations of the Association's business office. A licensed Professional Engineer and Hydrogeologist provide engineering and consulting services on a contractual basis. An Attorney at Law provides legal counsel, and a Certified Public Accounting firm performs an independent audit of the ALWA annually.
